Overview

MaxPar products begin life as paraffinic crude oil, whose defining characteristics include high wax content; straight-, branched-, and cyclo-alkanes; and a relatively high viscosity index. Each product in the family is refined and processed differently, but the resulting products all share some common properties and characteristics such as higher flash points, lower volatility, and excellent oxidation stability.

MaxPar® TW

MaxPar TW technical grade white mineral oils are odorless, colorless, and tasteless. We process our MaxPar TW white oils to surpass the testing requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3620(b) / 573.680 and they are suitable for use in indirect food applications. MaxPar TW products possess excellent properties that are ideal for applications that do not require a USP or NF grade white mineral oil.

Group II Base Oil

MaxPar® G2

MaxPar G2 paraffinic base oils are produced using modern hydroprocessing and catalytic dewaxing technologies and meet the industry's highest standards for quality and performance. MaxPar G2 products are free of impurities, highly saturated, and exhibit excellent thermal and UV stability. If your application calls for a high viscosity index (VI) base oil that's low in aromatics, sulfur, and polar compounds, MaxPar G2 could be a great fit.

Group I Base Oil

MaxPar® G1

MaxPar G1 products are solvent-neutral paraffinic base oils that are available in straight-cut and blended viscosities and are a good fit for use in lubricants, lubricant additives, process oils, and in chemical compounding industries.

MaxPar G1 BS products are bright stock paraffinic base oils that are often used in higher-viscosity grade lubricants. MaxPar G1 BS products fall into the category of high-viscosity index (HVI) base oils and are perfect candidates for use in automotive, marine, and railroad lubricants.
